Join Change the Type for a Family Fundraiser Night at Zaxby's White Oak to Support Local Students

Looking for a way to enjoy dinner while giving back to your community? Join Change the Type, Inc. for a Family Fundraiser Night at Zaxby's White Oak in Garner on Tuesday, July 7, from 5 to 8 p.m.

This community fundraiser will help support Change the Type's 6th Annual Back-to-School Drive, which provides backpacks, school supplies, and essential resources to students and families throughout the Triangle.

Whether you're stopping by for a quick meal or bringing the whole family, every order makes a difference.

How the Fundraiser Works

It's simple! Visit Zaxby's White Oak between 5:00 and 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, and tell the cashier you're supporting the Change the Type fundraiser when you place your order.

When you do, 15% of your purchase will be donated to Change the Type to help fund this year's Back-to-School Drive.

In addition to enjoying your favorite Zaxby's meal, families can enjoy FREE face painting throughout the evening, making it a fun night out for all ages.

Guests are also encouraged to bring a new school supply item to donate. While not required, every donation helps ensure local students have the tools they need to begin the school year with confidence.

Supporting Students Across the Triangle

Each year, Change the Type works alongside community partners, volunteers, and local businesses to help remove barriers to education by providing school supplies to students who need them most.

The annual Back-to-School Drive has helped hundreds of students prepare for the first day of school, and with community support, this year's event aims to make an even greater impact.

Fundraisers like this one allow Change the Type to purchase backpacks, notebooks, pencils, folders, calculators, and other classroom essentials while continuing to expand resources for families throughout the Raleigh, Garner, and greater Triangle communities.
