We’re thrilled to share that Change the Type LLC has exceeded our fundraising goal during our recent Krispy Kreme fundraiser! Thanks to every gift card you purchased, every friend you told, and every dollar you contributed, we're one step closer to making our 5th Annual Back 2 School Drive the most impactful one yet.

Your sweet support will help us provide essential school supplies and household items to families in Western North Carolina affected by Hurricane Helene, and ensure youth across Raleigh head back to school prepared and empowered.

What’s Next: The 5th Annual Back 2 School Drive 📆

Mark your calendars! Our Back 2 School Drive is happening on August 8, 2025, from 4:30–6:30 PM at Biltmore Hills Community Center in Raleigh, NC. In partnership with the City of Raleigh, this annual event brings together families, youth, and local changemakers for an afternoon of giving, celebration, and community.

We’ll be distributing backpacks, school supplies, and other essentials—all for FREE to students and families in need. This year’s focus is especially close to our hearts as we extend our reach to support those impacted by the recent hurricane in Western NC.
